Here is a quick review of the book The Einstein Pursuit written by Chris Kuzneski which was published in 2013 . You can read this before The Einstein Pursuit PDF EPUB full Download at the bottom.
This is the first novel I’ve read by this author. His story-telling flows smoothly with good descriptive prose. There was quite a bit of biology in the tale, pushing it into the sci-fi arena. I don’t feel qualified to comment on it, but his approach and premises appeared logical. The book generated enough tension and excitement that I read it straight through. So, overall, a pretty good thriller.
What kept it from being a 5-star? The banter between the two protagonists was sophomoric. It seemed misplaced in an otherwise good story. It also gave it a “formulaic” feeling, tasting of “TV script”, or “Sahara” with McConaughey and Zahn. And while much of the weaponry was correct, why were the security guards carrying 44 magnum (revolvers)? That seemed out of place and absent-minded.
I’ll add Kuzneski to my watch list. When his books go on sale, I’ll definitely pick up another.
